EXCELLENT FACILITIES TO PRODUCE EXCELLENT ENGINEERS
PCE relocated to and redesigned their current premises to provide the ideal environment for FITAS training. Premier House has all the space and facilities required to train installation engineers ahead of their examinations.
Training rooms & workshop
Our high specification training rooms offer Wi-Fi and big screen facilities supported by a minimum of 100Mbps uncontended and low latency Internet bandwidth suitable for any online work or modules that include video streaming. We also offer in-room food service facilities.
We operate a minimum of five designated concurrent working bays and safe walkways. The bays can easily accommodate a vehicle with open doors of varying sizes with surrounding area for group demonstrations. Non-slip, insulated and shock-proof flooring complements static-proof rubberised benches, protected bumper storage racks and specialist bumper working racks with availability of live vehicle works for auditing trainees.
We have high vehicle working access platforms to include fall arrest and certified staff for working at height. Our climate controlled standards ensure vehicle materials are not cold and brittle with increased shatter risk when working.
Comfort and convenience
We offer a high specification changing room, secure locker, shower and bathroom facilities, including disabled facilities, a breakout canteen or relaxation facilities. We also provide a comfortable waiting area with guest Wi-Fi, dedicated client reception staff, onsite parking, access to public transport within a 5min walk, local hotel accommodation within a 15min walk and convenient access to main line train stations and airport.
We operate a controlled and secure working area with restricted electronic access locks to protect covert installations. CCTV provides security control and dispute management in the event of damage allegations. PCE has also achieved the UKAS ISO 27001 information security standard for working with sensitive Government installations.
